Like almost everyone else I know, I love Pinterest. I try not to
waste spend too much time on there, but it is so easy to get carried away! Upon spying something unfamiliar on the dinner table, my poor husband groans and asks, “from the internet?” He just does not seem to understand my urge to try all of the stuff I pin! I am sorry, honey, but I am going to try at least one thing a week. It may not be dinner! It could be homemade laundry detergent, or pillows, or baked boiled eggs, or a firepit, or homemade glow sticks….
I grill like four to five times a week in the summer, so I am always looking for new ideas. This week I saw this:
Of course I served the pork chops on a vintage Golden Angus Steak House platter. It makes them taste better. My
sons testing panel gave this marinade a 8/10, so we will definitely be adding this marinade to our rotation! Good one, Chef in Training!
