Beauty Box Five
How much: $12 a month

How it works: Beauty Box 5 lets you sample products from luxury, drugstore, and vegan-friendly brands. How much: $19.99/month
How it works: The subscription of choice for nail polish addicts, the Julep Maven box comes filled with new nail polish colors plus other beauty products selected based on your style profile. We love the flexibility with this one: The company emails you on the 20th of every month with a preview of next month’s box, so you can choose to ship or skip. You can even try a different box or send your box to a friend.
This is my very first Beauty Box Five!
So like the other boxes, Beauty Box Five comes with an information card and a theme. This month is “Out With The Old and In With the New.”
…and the products…
Here is what was included:
Jane’s Pick All Natural Soaps (Kind) (~$1): I am not all that fond of the smell…a little too herby and natural for me…
Tree Hut Shea Body Butter (Coconut Lime) ($1.82): Now this is more me. It’s the perfect little size for traveling and I can always use more body butter. The smell is fabulous and it reminds me of the beach.
Bellapierre Cosmetics Makeup Base ($18.99): This can be used as a concealer, illuminator and / or eyeshadow primer.
H2O Plus Hand & Nail Cream ($2.67): This is good stuff…not greasy and a great size for my purse.
Swissco Dual-Sided Facial Pad ($2): This is a little too rough for my face, but I have used it on my elbows.
All-in-all, a good value!
